In order to use the soap in PowerWash Simulator please ensure you have purchased both the soap nozzle for your current power washer as well as cleaning liquids, which can be found in the Cleaning Liquids section of the shop. Cleaning liquids must be purchased and equipped separately from the soap nozzle.
Once you are in a job in the game, tap the equipment icon on the screen to bring up your current loadout. With the Soap Nozzle selected, please tap the empty square to the right of it. You should now see a new menu with the different types of cleaning liquid you can load into your nozzle, such as plastic cleaner or stone cleaner. Please select the cleaning liquid needed for the surface you are washing and it will be equipped.
