Information on the latest fixes:

PWS2 - 1.2.0 Update and Patch Notes

Adventure Time Pack DLC Update:
The team is already aware that some players are experiencing issues accessing the Adventure Time Pack in PowerWash Simulator 2.

As a temporary workaround please try changing the language of your Xbox console to English and see if that resolves the problem. You can do this in the Profile and System settings in your console.

We’re aware that some players are currently running into the issues listed below, and our team is already investigating or working on fixes.  

There’s no need to contact Support about these specific problems - we’re aware and are working on improvements in the future.

All/Multiple platforms 

- Dirt isn’t cleaning.
Your specs may be lower than recommended. Please check these against our recommended specs here: Minimum and Recommended System Requirements for PowerWash Simulator

- Game crashing when accessing the Shop since the 1.2 update (Consoles only).
Workaround:
1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet
2. Go to in-game Settings > General > Scroll down to "Clear Live Service Cache".

- Gnomes sometimes cannot be placed on a scissor lift, which can make it hard to complete the Rise and Shine achievement.
Workaround:
- Try fully raising the lift first, and then placing the gnome on it
- Try using other gnomes, if there are more than one (for example, in the Teapot Tea Room job)
- Try re-starting the job by going back to the Home Base
- Try a different job with a scissor lift and a gnome available

- Thumbstick sensitivity and movement issues since the 1.2 update.
Workaround: Please try adjusting the Stick Dead Zone settings: In‑Game Settings > Gameplay, scroll to Stick Dead Zone, and set it to 0.

- Can't finish washing the Record Player furniture item.
Workaround:
- Focus on the needle.
- Use the red nozzle on your strongest washer. Spray along every edge, corner, and groove from different angles to catch any hidden dirt.
- Use the Swirlforce (crazy, but might work).
- Change your stance. Jumping, crouching, or going prone can help you reach stubborn areas you can’t hit from standing height.

- Text message history resets after playing Miniature Village.

- Mouse cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen, making it impossible to accept the EULA.
Workaround: Please unplug any unsupported or additional devices that are secondary to the main input and make sure you are using supported controller devices.

- Some achievements might not be awarded. This affects the following achievements: 

Cosmic Ordering
Hatching a Plan
Squeaky Clean
Flying Start

Wise Decision
Door to Door
Front Row Seats
Hit the Light

Workaround: Finishing the achievement task without leaving the job in the middle

- The navigation equipment height restrictions can render it impossible to place, depending on its previous placement height. 
Workaround: Placing it on a level closer to the desired level first should fix this.

- Player animations don’t always show for other players.

- The host loading back to the Home Base from a job, whilst the client is in the loading screen, results in an endless loading screen for the client. 
Workaround: Ending the co-op session will pull the helper out of this and take the helper back to their own Home Base.

- Controls settings show the M+K despite using a controller if the player changed the control presets. Changing jobs or pressing on the game screen with a mouse and then a controller should fix this.

- Game runs in slow motion when set to Windowed mode with non-1080p resolution.

Epic Games 

- Multiple menus can open if the Touch Pad/View button is pressed.

- Players may be unable to join the Multiplayer session after accepting an invitation. Join using Social Overlay or Room Code.

- The game can crash when the GPU is consistently above 90% utilisation.

PlayStation 5 

- FPS drops and performance issues when washing on larger jobs.
Workaround: Try disabling Auto Save in the General Settings menu. You can then re-enable it when you're past the affected job. ! Warning ! - if you are attempting this, please make sure to use the manual save button to register your progress or your progress will be lost.

Switch 2 

- PowerWash Simulator 2 experiences some performance issues while washing in multiplayer, which we plan to fix with further optimisations.

- The game will sometimes crash when closing the menu after waking the console.

- Surface Cleaner can crash the game when rapidly switching nozzles and spraying water. 
Workaround: Switching between nozzles slowly while using the SwirlForce and spraying water will help to avoid this.

- Player is unable to use touchscreen controls to navigate the menus on Switch 2. This is planned to be fixed in a future update.

Xbox Series X|S 

- A graphical issue can occur after loading the Shooting Gallery job for the first time. 
Workaround: Reloading the job will fix this.

- Exit and Back button prompts are missing from main menus. 
Workaround: Reloading the game should fix this.
