Known Issues - 30/10

Modified on Mon, 10 Nov at 4:35 PM

We’re aware that some players are currently running into the issues listed below, and our team is already investigating or working on fixes.

There’s no need to contact Support about these specific problems - we’re receiving a high volume of requests right now, and it may take us a while to get back to you.

Multiplayer

- Multiple improvements for multiplayer connectivity – desync and inability to join multiplayer sessions

Gameplay and Equipment

- Navigation equipment (scissor lift, ladders, and stepstools) glitches

- Scissor Lift stuck in Theatre Job

Tip: You can clean the floor beneath the lift without moving it, though it might take some crouching and the red nozzle. We recommend cleaning the surrounding area first - if the overall floor completion percentage is high, it should be easier to reach 100%.

Save and Platform Issues

- Switch 2 progress can be lost when saving

- Split-screen related issues, including crashes, freezes, lag, and shared UI problems

- Steam Deck resolution issue

- Empty in-game store on PS5
You can find a temporary workaround here: PS5 - No items available in the in-game store

Upcoming Fixes and Features

- PowerWash Points Cap notification removal and increase of maximum points

- Key Rebinding feature to be added in-game

Miscellaneous Bugs

- Flying Gnome bug (player can levitate while holding a gnome)

- Invisible collision present in the Sound Hallway of the Fun House job

Achievements and Special Tasks

- Hatching A Plan (Bandstand job): Clean the hatch last. The job must be completed in one sitting for the achievement to trigger.

- Squeaky Clean (Town Floats job): Clean the Mouse last. The job must also be completed in one sitting for the achievement to trigger.

- Tea Time (Teapot Tea Room): Place a gnome in each seat. If it’s not being rewarded, try cleaning the seats or cushions first, or adjusting gnome placement - starting from the seats furthest away may help (see image).
